Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of older adults. Zumba Gold will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.
Have fun and lounge with friends. An opportunity to come socialize with a variety of table games and activities. Bring a drink and snack if you choose.
Balance and peacefulness result from attention to breath as the class moves through physical “asana” yoga practice. The basic postures serve as the foundation for each class sequence. Modifications are suggested as needed. Some yoga experience is helpful, although not required. Open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted.
Perform your favorite tunes to sing-a-long CDs. You can bring your own Karaoke CD's or you can use the ones the group has at the Community Center. Great fun, friends, and music.

Learn tennis with game-based lessons quickly moving to rallying and match play. Students will start with proper grips, strokes, and techniques while playing a variety of games and drills. All levels welcome.
Your little athlete will be introduced to various sports with a focus on skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Classes may be held both inside and outside.
This class will focus on the basics of how to draw cartoons. Youth will be introduced to different drawing techniques, and storytelling, and prepare their artistic understanding of their work with a new drawing project monthly. They'll also learn how drawing can be a means of communication, allowing a safe environment to draw their feelings and attitudes in ways that words cannot express. Children will also explore other genres such as comic books/strips, anime, and illustrations. Please arrive with your sketchbook, drawing pencils (black and colored) and eraser.
Learn kickboxing with the goal of developing real skills for use in competitive kickboxing/stand-up fighting. Train in the techniques used to develop champion-level skills at sparing. Sparing is not required. The intense drills will develop cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, precision, and timing that can be applied throughout your life, including self-defense.
The Art of Lightsaber Choreography is a class dedicated to the stage combat forms used to create exciting fights like the ones seen in a galaxy far, far away. Every class will focus on the basics of stances, foot work, strikes and parries used to create a thrilling theatrical fight for stage or screen. The art of lightsaber choreography is not a martial art, but rather a theater art form that will help you build coordination, confidence and creativity. Lightsabers will be provided but you may bring your own.

This class will review the basic steps, and terminology and help you get on the right foot!
